[font=宋体][size=12pt] 为了进一步贯彻教育部关于加强写字教学的精神和部领导的最新指示，在教育部语用司的支持下，由中国语文报刊协会、中国书法家协会展览部、《语文世界》杂志社、中国语文报刊协会规范汉字书写专业委员会、西泠印社出版社、《写字》杂志编辑部等单位联合主办，中国语文报刊协会规范汉字书写专业委员会和《语文世界》杂志社承办第四届全国规范汉字书写大赛。通过竞赛，进一步推动全民学习规范汉字书写活动，继承优良的汉字书写文化传统，提高全民汉字规范意识和汉字书写文化素养，使人人都写规范字，人人写好规范字。

[font=宋体][size=12pt]小学组、中学组选写语文书中的课文；成人组可选写古诗文或现代诗文[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman],[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]也[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]可选名句格言，内容要积极、健康（有违背国家法律法规之内容，取消其[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]参加评选资格）。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=黑体][size=12pt]注：每位参赛者书写作品不得少于[/size][/font][font=黑体][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]30[/font][/size][/font][font=黑体][size=12pt]个字。[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（四）作品形式：硬笔字作品，须选用不小于[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]B5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]规格的纸张。初小组（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1-3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年级）可用铅笔书写，其他组别均用钢笔书写；各组别的毛笔字作品最大[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]幅不超过[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]尺宣纸，不必装裱。参赛作品的风格、流派不限，款式自选。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
[font=宋体][size=12pt]（五）此次大赛不收报名费，只收取证书邮资费（用于每位参赛者证书制作和[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]邮寄）。参赛人员可选择一个或两个笔种；每报一个笔种，集体参赛人员（[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]人以上含[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]人），小学组、中学中专组每人需交证书制作、邮寄费[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元，成[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]人组每人需交证书制作、邮寄费[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]8[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]元；个人参赛者（含上述各组别人员）[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]

1.[/font][/size][font=黑体][size=12pt]作品奖[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]：根据作品的实际水平，不受名额限制，分别评出一等、二等、三[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]等、优秀奖各奖次，并颁发证书。（成人组凡获一、二、三等奖者，在本[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]人自愿的基础上，可吸纳为中国语文报刊协会规范汉字书写专业委员会会[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]员）。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size]
